Tsuyoshi Watabe
Tsuyoshi Watabe studied supramolecular chemistry by means of X-ray structural analysis, and recieved his PhD (Engineering) in 2007 from Osaka University under the supervision of Prof. Mikiji Miyata.
From 2007 to 2009, as a postdoctoral researcher, he developed HIV-1 fusion inihibitor peptides with the group of Prof. Nobutaka Fujii at Kyoto University.
From 2009 to 2014, he developed solid sorbents for carbon caputure at Research Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth (RITE).
From 2014 to 2017, he developed products such as liquid chromatography columns at Shinwa Chemical Industiries Ltd.
From 2017 to Present, he has been working at YMC CO., LTD., where he is involved in various activities such as R&D and marketing.
